Group NeuroMovement® Class
Brain-Based Movement for Performance and Longevity
Give your members a smarter way to move.
NeuroMovement® is a gentle, brain-centered movement method that helps the nervous system organize the body for better efficiency, comfort, and performance—ideal for a club that cares about long-term member health, not just short-term intensity.
-
Adds a brain-focused movement class that complements your existing strength, cardio, yoga, and Pilates offerings.
Supports key member goals: moving without pain, staying active as they age, and getting more out of the workouts they already love.
Gives athletes a new kind of edge by improving how the brain coordinates the whole body, translating into things like smoother strokes, cleaner swings, and improved effortless precision and power.
Provides an attractive option for members who are intimidated by high-intensity classes but still want to feel real, noticeable change.
-
NeuroMovement® uses slow, precise, and varied movements to stimulate neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to form new and more effective patterns.
Members lie on mats and follow verbally guided sequences that feel calming in the moment, yet often lead to surprising improvements in posture, flexibility, and ease of movement afterward.
-
Duration: 45–60 minutes
Format: Floor-based, guided group lessons (no special equipment needed).
